The founder, Zé Otero, witnessed a consistent pattern across communities, workplaces, and individuals—people with incredible potential feeling lost, stuck, or disconnected from their purpose. Many were navigating life without direction, struggling in toxic environments, or simply lacking the guidance needed to grow.
Through years of personal and professional experience, working closely with diverse communities and individuals, he saw firsthand the impact that the absence of leadership can have—not just in organizations, but within people themselves.
